listen: Violence – “Facades”

Here’s a new one from recent Visage Musique signees Violence, taken from the Ottawa group’s forthcoming debut 12″ that’s due out sometime next month. There’s plenty to love in “Façades,” a sly and wispy slice of goth-pop that bends a bit like a stripped New Order number, but works through enough new ideas over its four minutes that it feels completely relevant for 2013.
